Warranty
Product warranties vary by equipment model. 90 day or one year warranties are valid from the date of ship. Extended warranties are available on 0 -6kVA units and must be purchased concurrently with the equipment. During the warranty period, DRS Universal Power Systems will repair or replace (at DRS Universal Power Systems's determination) products purchased which fail to meet the standard warranty.

During prolonged storage, UPS batteries should be recharged for at least eight (8) hours every three (3) months. To recharge the UPS batteries, plug the UPS into a power source and turn the equipment ON.

Warranties are void if the batteries are allowed to discharge below the minimum battery voltage cutoff point.
